ISO/TS 14827-4:2022 (version which I got for ballot) refers to "RFC 2616 - Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1"

The RFC 2616 is obsoleted at least since 2014. It shall be probably changed to RFC 9112

Note: We miss here a Component for issues with standards (especially when the issue is rather editorial)
