A question from a developer implied that TimePeriodOfDay is regarded as being restricted to only specify a period contained in one calendar day.
But the definition doesn't say that, it says the period must be contiguous and in a 24-period. That implies to me that if endTime is before startTime then endTime should be interpreted as being in the following day.
If we agree with my interpretation then we should add that explicitly to the definitions of TimePeriodOfDay and its endTime attribute. If we disagree with my interpretation then we should change the wording in the current definition from "24 hour period" to "calendar day" - but I don't see why we would have to make that restriction.

Strongly agree. That was the intention. Maybe we could clarify even in v3.5.
