Windows server 2012. Icon is too short.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install latest 1.4.0.555
2.Run after install complete

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The icon isn't square. Width is half size of height. I am using 'small buttons 
tasks panel size' by setting, after setting normal(default) panel size the 
width of icon stay same.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.0.555

Please provide any additional information below.

The issue can be fixed yourself by setting icon size (sides ration) in settings 
menu.

Not a bug. Default width is equal to width of "Show Desktop" button at the 
opposite side of Taskbar.

Or did I miss something in the description?

I came here to report this as a bug as well. I did find the setting to 'fix' 
it, but the default makes it look extremely ugly and was not what I'd expect.

I'd suggest changing the default to be 1:1 which seems to look the best.
