add test support on start button

Hi giuys,

you've made a truly great app, just installed it and already love it.
Of course, the first thing I decided to change after installing, was the icon. 
I decided to use the old-school win98 icon with "start" text. However this is 
currently difficult to achieve because:

1) text is not supported
2) when I set a PNG of the whole start button including text in power8, the PNG 
is stretched over the whole button, making it blurry.

The proposed solutions:
a) implement possibility to add text next to the icon
b) add an option to keep image size at 100% without resizing

Thanks for your report, the post at Feature requests was enough. 
I'll include this to the list of features requested and in a while it will make 
it way to Roadmap, and then to Release someday :)
