Initialization (RTF) Indicated by Piezo Buzzer #834

Similar to the External LED enhancement request, a piezo buzzer connected to 
APM board will sound:

Constant beep until Accel/Telem/Gyro has initialized
Momentary long beeps until GPS location is fixed
Momentary short beeps (URGENT) upon failsafe/lost connection
Silent when ready to fly

I prefer this to the LED solution as it does not require a hole in fuselage and 
is more distinguishable during daylight flying.  I suppose it may be possible 
that the same pinout could signal either an LED or Piezo.
