internal gpx log is no longer collecting data #950

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.update to adruplane 2.76
2. fly around while APM is logging

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a log full of GPS and headings is expected instead I see an empty log when I 
download  onboard memory.    

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
adruplane 2.76
