WP list incorrectly read from APM by MissionPlanner #952

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup a mission with a do_set_roi command
2. write to APM (ps the set ROI seems to work in the mission so its written 
correctly)
3. read WPs from APM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
do_set_roi command item in list is retrieved as expected but lat/lon is missing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.89
WinXP and Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
