We have a few basic tasks to do, but not clear who is doing what. Lets define it. This time I'd like to put more emphasis on the audience.
Last year it was roughly like that:
J: takes care of the site, makes sure it's working, tells K not to get stressed, invites guests, interacts with people at the event so that they feel comfortable.
S: Invites BigchainDB folk, explains them what's needed, invites lawyers, invites guests, arranges the venue, arranges non alco drinks&croissants of some sort, cleans up, washes glasses, and makes people comfortable at the event.
K: invites all other speakers, makes sure they make sense together, defines concept based on DNT.is, writes all the blurbs, makes an infopack for the speakers, tells people what to do, arranges beers, makes sure event is announced on meetup and on eventsbrite, gets a domain.
During the event K dodn't do much, but mostly before the event. During the event we also had support from Christian from Agora. Ryan from agora did all the recordings and arranged them all very nicely with the links to repos etc.
