Tests for Profile and Quarantine blocks #77

This PR contains tests and small refactoring for three blocks (to make the following blocks testable):

  1. ProfileBlock
  2. ProfileQuarantinesBlock
  3. ProfilesBlock

NB! The ProfilesBlock still doesn't test the pager. I chose to skip it for now and complete the last two blocks.
