Implemented the roles and permissions homepage, started by creating the fixed cards, then implemented the addmore cards. Will be adding the logic for the routing and creating new users when the other pages are being worked on, so i can figure out the logic to link them. I also used Tony's request on how the files are managed and placed.
Type of change:
Created new UI components and page (related to typescript and tailwind)
How it was Tested:
I tested the component's on the localhost, made sure they were responsive on desktop, mobile and tablet, also made sure it worked on different screens.
