Configurable cache time? #14

Hi kb:

Trook will display the cached content on the LED screen.
Though the content on the e-link screen is not cached in current version, 
showing the cached content on the LED screen is still a great feature 
especially for a frequently RSS user like me.

One problem: after several hours (maybe 12 hours, maybe one day, I am not 
sure), Trook will not display the cached content on the LED screen, and will 
start wifi to show/refresh it.

It would be better to let user choose whether to refresh the RSS feed 
manually or simply use the cached version by default.

Yep, makes sense. Will update the cache logic appropriately over the next few 
revisions.

In theory, rev 45 should use the cache if at all possible; please let me know 
whether
the situation improves for you.
