Add Timer to Nooklets #30

This is an enhancement, not a defect... just thought I'd share a meditation
timer I made for nooklets.  The code is a bit rough, but it shows off the
Nook's potential, I think.

Hey, that's great to hear.  I've fixed the timer up a little bit... here's the 
latest
version, better than the last one.
