Inconsistent buttons -- better ones provided! #40

The buttons used by nookLauncher and the nookdevs/nookapps applications are
rather inconsistent: different fonts, no vertical alignment, different
pictrogram sizes, pressed versions mostly look bad.

Instead of merely complaining, I've remade all of the nookdevs/nookapps icons
(nookapps ones attached in a ZIP that extracts over the source tree). If the
effort is appreciated, I will provide the Inkscape SVG file from which the
buttons were rendered to the nookdevs/nookapps devs. I'm also attaching a
preview PNG showing all of the buttons at 100% resolution in normal state (the
ZIP includes the "pressed" versions as well).

Minor note: As I couldn't determine the font originally used by B&N, I've used
Segoe (ships with Microsoft Windows Vista and above), which looks both
sufficiently aesthetic and clear in my opinion.

The related nookdevs issue is #95,

I'd like buttons in the post 1.3 style personally. But I got my Nook when that
was how it looked out of the box so these "old" icons look well...OLD. ;^)

I too like the new look better (even if its rather run-of-the-mill compared to
smartphones and suchlike) -- that's why I created the other set as well (see
the nookdevs issue). :)
