I have tried this, and it seems to work as well as the "official" r68 -- it
doesn't seem to work...
Setup is a Windows 7 64-bit system with calibre 0.7.x installed (currently
0.7.10). I am running the standalone content server with authentication.
Trying to access my calibre library with this version returns a parsing error
(can't be more exact really as the error message doesn't show for very long).
I am using the url http://username:password@server-ip:8080/stanza (and opds)
I have tried copying a modified opds.py into my content server folder to no
apparent result. I just get the same error message whether I use it or not.

I have the issue with trook not able to parse the calibre feed.
Keen to install the update provided in C8.
Can someone help me out with this? I assume I need to use ADB from the Android
SDK.
Is the process documented anywhere?
thanks.

Do you uninstall the old version first?

yes, any other nook app. You must uninstall the old version prior to installing
the new version.

We do not do nook techsupport here, your best bet is the IRC channel (details
on the nookdevs.com site).
I suggest you download and install the nookMarket application from within Trook
(go to the nookDevs feed from trook's main page). Then, open nookMarket and
longClick the trook app to uninstall it. Then reinstall it from within
nookMarket.

richard, if you are using the latest 2.4.1 softroot, note that its new default
behavior is to allow adb over USB only due to the security risk of allowing adb
over wifi.

is there a way to get calibre news feeds on a timer? in other words, i want my
nook to wake up and download the news feeds all by it self (or only when i wake
it up) in any case some way to automate it more?
