Incompatibility with new RU Nookdevs launcher #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install new 2.4.1 softroot
2. Install nookLauncher 0.0.9
3. Menu will come up to select launcher but no matter what you pick it will 
show the new RU launcher

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to be able to select which one to use.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
nookLauncher 0.0.9 with Softroot 2.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Based on what I've seen from the new launcher it overwrites some things in the 
Home.apk file so I'm assuming it is causing a problem with the nookLauncher 
trying to take over.

Update from Poutine in IRC:

if you want to use the nook launcher, you have to uninstall the home.apk, 
install the original home.apk from stock, and then install nooklauncher

Haven't personally tested yet.

I installed the .9 version and was able to select the launcher and also set is 
as default as usual by clicking the set as default Icon.
You might have to reboot once.

From the launcher, if you select B&N Home, it shows up with the new RU Icons. 
For that, you will have to put the Home.apk from B&N back.
