Update build with jcifs-1.3.14 #109

Please update jcifs to 1.3.14, which seems to work much better than current 
1.3.13 when accessing samba shares.

Not sure if you wanted the new version due to some issue. 
I did a test build & attached the apk in Issue 105. You can give it a try.

latest build is done with version 1.1.14 of jcifs.
