can't update anything, but can install the new app #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. lauch the nookmarket
2. update nookfilemanager 0.03
3. can't update
4. the other nooklaucher 0.09, nooklibrary 0.1.0,nookwifilocker 0.04 is the 
same problem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A:it seems have been downloaed the apk, but can't install until the last step.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
A. nook wifi with softroot 2.4.0

Please provide any additional information below.

the error tip is:

"Application not installed"

"nookFileManager could not be installed on this phone"

then press <OK> back to market main menu.

you need the latest softroot to enable upgrades. 
For the old softroot, see if the following works-

Create a file - market.xml and put the following in there-
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<allowUpgrades>n</allowUpgrades>

This will force the market app to uninstall apps before installing. But all 
your app data will be retained.

oh. sorry. it goes in either the internal or external sd card at the root ( 
same level as My Documents & other folders).

Just to clarify-
It's doing an uninstall internally & backing up data. So, if you click Cancel 
during installation, you won't have that app anymore.
