[nookLibrary] opening Search slow due to unnecessary movement #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. tap on "Search"
2. an input field appears on the eInk screen and disappears instantaneous 
3. a new input field appears a few pixel above the previous on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
avoid step 2 to speed up opening the search box

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
nookLibrary 0.1.2

That's because of the keyboard. 
I'll add code to stop displaying the panel twice. But it will probably not 
speed up anything since keyboard is the last one to be displayed.
