[nookLibrary] "archived" status gets lost when uninstalling/reinstalling the app #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make sure you have some archived books
2. uninstall the nookLibrary (updating the last two nookLibrary versions
through nookMarket didn't work, I got an error message, so I needed to
uninstall the app first and then reinstall)
3. reinstall the nookLibrary
4. open your library: your previously archived books aren't archived anymore

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
due to some problems, you'll be forced to uninstall the library sometimes.
Since archiving a lot of book is very time-consuming and annoying too, this
status should be saved in a way, which won't get lost during uninstalling

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
nookLibrary 0.1.2

All the nookLibrary versions are signed with the same certificate and upgrades
should work properly.
I have to look at the logs to figure out why it failed.

can you give it a try with the apk attached to Issue 128?
I haven't done much testing. I'll test it and upload this weekend.
This has changes to cover flow and other issues you reported.

The new approach using dot-files is just perfect. Thank you so much!
