nooLauncher update breaks icons #18

1. 0.0.2 installed
2. updated through trook to 0.0.3
3. icons on nookLauncher no longer match underlying apps, i.e. "set launcher 
as default" launches the library.

rooted nook, running firmware 1.2/rooted package 2.1.1.

Uninstalling and reinstalling nookLauncher over adb fixes problem at expense 
of settings.

Yes. Sorry about that. Now, it's lind of too late I guess. 
We added a new button and that messed up the resource ids we store in the db.

This is fixed in 0.0.4 version. Upgrades should not break the app icons from 
now on.
