nookBrowser 0.0.8 returns to nookLauncher if home page set to blank (nothing) #19

Fact: If the home page is set to blank, i.e., not a single letter in it, then 
click Browser will return to the nookLauncher where it is. I have to re-
install (-r option) a previous version and set non-empty home page, then re-
install 0.0.8 version to solve this issue.

I never tested it with a blank home page. Looks like it's crashing while 
reading the 
config file. I'll add this to the list of changes for the next build.
