Feature Suggestion: Alternate custom icons for selected state #74

I'm not sure what the best way would be to implement it - perhaps the
ability to choose both the primary and the "selected" icon images when
customizing your icons, or require a naming scheme such as "iconname.png"
and "iconname_sel.png" that would import both icons as a pair.

As it is, custom icons don't show a highlight when you hold down on them,
but the built-in ones do.

I don't really like the way it's loading all the icons in nook. We should 
probably 
create a folder - say - "my icons" and display only icons in that.

That's a good idea - We can name the icons as <name1>.png & <name1>_sel.png. if 
there is  a _sel file available, that can be used to display when selected. 

Also, we will have to copy the icons to /data/data/com.nookdevs.launcher/files 
whenever they are set as a icon for an app.
