Add Audio link to nookLauncher #83

The B&N menu in 1.3 adds an "Audio" link to open the audio player.  It would be 
nice if the new nookLauncher did the same.

Audio link in B&N is not an app and it's displayed using a GUI in B&N package. 
In order to do that, we will have to write code for the whole panel and handle 
button listeners etc. 
Which is a lot of work for just having a button in the front menu.
