1) Issue: For SMQ relations, the value for CATEGORY2 column is not displayed in IA Export when data is not present in CATEGORY. Expected behaviour: The data entered for CATEGROY2 should be displayed for ALL List types and CMQ relations (SMQ, SOC, HLGT, HLT, PT and LLT).

2) In the IA report, Scope should be displayed after Level.
