1) Issue: LLT is displayed for the level 5 SMQs. Expected: SMQ5 should be displayed for the level 5 SMQs.

2) Issue: PT is displayed for the level 4 SMQs. Expected: SMQ4 should be displayed for the level 4 SMQs.
