What Needs To Be Done

As a customer, I would like a menu bar that contains all navigation and the ability to logout

Acceptance Criteria

All pages are visible and a logout button exists
Can navigate to pages

Technical Information

The new component will have tabs for the home and profile pages, a search bar, and a button to log out.
