Dragging from Canvas does not have consistent pointer icon #34

To illustrate dragging off the canvas to other elements on the page, I'm changing the cursor, but the shape is not consistent as it moves across the screen. Still needs work

cursor is much more consistent than it was. Could still be improved, but done for now
