Freezer: Can Delete @all_functions organism with Trashcan #48

All of the other default items in the freezer cannot be deleted, but dragging the @all_functions organism into the trashcan works. Probably should not be that way if it is to be set as a default organism. Issue occurs in latest version of Firefox (47). Will test in other browsers when I get some more time.

Dragging all-functions to the trashcan should work in all browsers. I'll talk to Rob about it at the meeting today. Not positive all-functions will stay in the default browser or not, but you do bring up a good point.
