I think groups/games/mods should have a little way to search if someone has already uploaded a video or image, I think this can prevent duplicate ones from being uploaded on big groups (like the Humor, Satire, Parody group) and allow members to easily find the videos/images they liked.

I agree. The HSP group to name one is swamped with duplicate posts.

Being able to search through a library would be a really handy feature and honestly having a dedicated search button per gallery and/or group would make the site easier to use as the way it works now is just to fiddly. I also suggested they add a sort of user-linked media "pool", a media library idea where you could select a file you already uploaded to ModDB from a list rather than re-uploading the file all over again to a different group/profile/game/mod.
