Regarding Comment System: Few ideas and improvements: #31

I've come up with a few ideas regarding the comment section and how to make it both:

The idea is simple; Implement a forum-like structure (such as Facepunch) which allows for multiple kinds of voting. Let people mark comments as 'useful' and let authors of modpages "star" or "sticky" comments. In reaction to this change, allow users to see stickied comments or helpful comments, name it whatever for the time being.

I've added an illustrated version of what I had in mind. comments

Next up,

The allowing of several ratings to be given. Preferably let them pop up or maybe a dropdown menu. Here's an example from Facepunch:

And lastly; The notification system. Like many members already asked, email notification isn't enough. I think an interactive system of "being able to reply from the messages centre" would tackle most of the going back and forth between pages if you have a few active modding pages.

But ... I'd like to take it a step further;

Have developer pages SHARE comments with authors. So in a group of 5 or 6 modders, they all get the comments under their shared mod tab in the messages centre, which will allow multiple users to reply on the comments. It can be then flagged as 'replied to', so other members wont have to reply to that comment or can see it's been answered already.

I have a few more ideas, but I'm going to leave it at these 3. Let me know what you all think, as Ill be active on here.
