Buffer has remnants after resetting #5

If I add a shred, reset, and then add a different shred, the CHOP still outputs about one frame of the first shred which should have been fully removed.

I think this is related to the Audio Device Out CHOP

Solved by always sending samples to audio device out, even when ChucK audio output has no channels.
