I think this is only a macOS issue. Right now I'm requiring a separate installation of Python 3.9. Instead, the CMake process should just find TouchDesigner's libpython.dylib. Note that this will be difficult to do in GitHub Actions because TouchDesigner would need to be installed. Maybe it can be installed headless but without creating a license.
