FR: option to disable icon and percentage for slider #60

It would be great to have an option to disable the icon and the percentage shown above the slider. The icon can be set to none right now, but that still leaves an empty space and does not eliminate the corresponding HTML tag.

I second this! I would love to be able to use it as just a slider
