Switch Won't Toggle on Desktop #95

I have this card setup in a popup window, which looks nice and works well on my phone, but on the desktop when I try to use a mouse cursor, no matter what I do the switch won't toggle.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is this a know issue and is there a workaround?
