Hide menu and topbar on mobile #76

I'm using my desktop to do all the heavy lifting and editing for HA so I need the top header and sidebar on desktop. I was going to use this custom sidebar on my ipad with a 'clean' lovelace theme that doesn't have a header and sidebar. I know there's the setting to only show header on mobile but can we do the inverse where you only hide header/sidebar on mobile?

you can do that using the new kiosk mode card

You can also hide it and on desktop add ?sidebarOff in the url to enable the menu’s
