Here is a few fixes and imporvements:

add ubuntu support for sdk compilation (sdk/toolchain/ubuntu_build.sh)
fix gcc 5.2.0 compilation with gcc 7 host compiler
fix kos-ports gl compilation with gcc > 4.7
remove some tracked files which should not be tracked
iso_loader: add device support to preset
