Add mode switching between small and large staff #67

Title says it all, but it's not that simple.

I'm trying to picture it. Would switching resize the whole window? Should you be able to make arrangements that mix both kinds of staffs?

Definitely part of the challenge of making it. The original thought I had was that it would change the size of the staff and reduce the number of instruments, but then that would possibly make the two modes kind of incompatible.
