Adding session flag #36

Hello, for longitudinal study designs it would be helpful of the abcd-hcp-pipeline allowed the user to specify a participant ("sub-") and session ("ses-") label.

We will not be adding this enhancement due to changes to a different pipeline. If needed, this can be added to a wrapper.
