Documentation clarification on inputs #1

@omiranda I think you need to not only describe the input MATLAB files, but the format of the underlying movement regressor files. It is not clear to me upon reading the first PDF what the 12 columns in the header-less movement regressor file are, for instance whether they are the following or something else.

X_t translation (mm), Y_t translation (mm), Z_t translation (mm), X_t rotation (degrees), Y_t rotation (degrees), Z_t rotation (degrees), X_t-1 translation (mm), Y_t-1 translation (mm), Z_t-1 translation (mm), X_t-1 rotation (degrees), Y_t-1 rotation (degrees), Z_t-1 rotation (degrees)

The code only use the first 6 columns, which correspond to the "X_t translation (mm), Y_t translation (mm), Z_t translation (mm), X_t rotation (degrees), Y_t rotation (degrees), Z_t rotation (degrees)" rigid body registration parameters of each frame in the resting state data
