ENH: Improve calculation tests #72

Scramble the indexes and fiducial lists for the calculation tests to account for issues like https://github.com/DCBIA-OrthoLab/Q3DCExtension/issues/70.

Going ahead and merging in the interest of time. These are only changes to tests, so should not affect any functionality.
