@pdedumast To avoid confusion, could you delete your project pdedumast/ShapeVariationAnalyzer and re-fork the one hosted in the DCBIA-OrthoLab organization. See https://github.com/DCBIA-OrthoLab/ShapeVariationAnalyzer
