Change way apply matrix volume #54

Hi @allemangD,

I've changed the way to apply the matrice to volume. Harden transform wasn't working well so I'm using now the module "brainsresample". Can you tell me if I need to change something or if it's ok to be merge ?

Yes, I understand, but the clinicians have to open their files in other applications that don't know the orientation. I changed the code because they asked me to :)
