I just forgot to add an exception to get the right user interface on windows for cbct.

Just to let you know that I've changed the AREG_IOS code a bit. It now saves the T1 that was used to make the registration :)

Hi @allemangD,

I've changed the way I save files because of the new version of Slicer which includes new functionality. It still does the resampling, but the files don't really get any bigger, unlike the previous version.
