ENH: AutoCrop3D add option to keep the size of the input image #56

Hello @allemangD

We found out that for AREG_CBCT we needed to have segmentation the same size as the scan so I added the option to AutoCrop3D.

I suspect this is out-of-sync with main, so I created #58 with rebased changes and instructions on how to bring things back in-sync. Let's proceed with making that pr correct instead of trying to adjust the history in this PR.
