Teeth segmentation

Will there also be a model for teeth segmentation, as it's missing for a complete tool?

I am referring to the segmentation of teeth from CBCT (crown + root).

Hello @bstartek If you have small field of view CBCT scans, you can check the box "Use small FOV models" and then you can select Root Canal. We don't have a dataset to train AMASSS on teeth so it is not something we are going to work on immediatly but you can at least segment the root canal :)

Try not to select the Teeth, otherwise you will get an error.
