Active low relays always active during calibration #45

After the bug fixes in 0.2.1, active low relays are now activated during the calibration sequence.

Unit testing for this issue:

Symptoms encountered:

When the calibration sequence initiates with active low relays, the relays are in an active state which inverts the DCC phase. These are expected to be inactive, meaning no DCC phase inversion.

Steps to reproduce:

Initiate the calibration command with <D TT 600 0 3>.

Success criteria:

When initiating the calibration sequence, the relays should remain inactive.
