Change function button names from press/switch to press/latch or... #51

Most systems seem to refer to a Fn button you "press" or hold as momentary and one you toggle as "latching". So, we can change these to momentary/latching or press/toggle or press/latch. Whether we do this or even leave them the same, we need a help line somewhere, perhaps right at the top next to the pencil icon that says "switch = toggle, press = momentary". What is best?

@FrightRisk sounds ok to me! Due to the introduction of CVs in 1.4.0, I think we may need to start documenting in the Wiki how to use certain aspects of the interface anyway, so we could just add an explanation there as well as a tooltip.
