Webthrottle...... EX-RAIL already has a way of giving Withrottle preplanned route setups (eg set several turnouts/signals to create a route through the layout with a single click) and preplanned automations (hand the current loco over to exrail to drive away.)
It seems sensible to extend this facility to Webthrottle.
What is required:
way to send list of routes and automations to webthrottle (presumably a simple command e.g. < K > to request them (id, type, description) in a suitable format for the JS code to convert to a menu/picklist/whatever.
Way to invoke one eg < K routeid> for a route and for a loco.
Anyone want to take on this development at the browser end, please let me know and we can work together on it.
@FrightRisk I'd be happy to start on the browser side for this. I don't have experience running DCC-EX however sending and receiving data in JS is within my skill-set.
