The photo of the Arduino Ethernet 2 Shield doesn't look like the one I received. Also, please see this tread for installation instructions which could be added to two pages in the documentation to assist others.

Additionally, I'm not 100% why there are SSID instructions on this page, and it would be helpful to get some background on i.e. a static IP address on this page.
