Add "Run OCR" button to layout display page #59

User should be able to control the whole workflow of one document from the page with that document. Otherwise I have to return to the list of documents, then to page 2 (where is the document I am working with) and only then I can start the OCR.

OK. All action buttons are now on the "edit document page" (for layout edit and OCR edit).
